Refund Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

1. Introduction

At Global Udyora, we aim to provide professional digital and technology services according to the agreed project scope, quotation, proposal or service agreement.

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments may or may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Services Covered

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Global Udyora, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • E-commerce website development
  • Custom web application development
  • CRM and dashboard development
  • Digital marketing services
  • Meta Ads and Google Ads management
  • SEO services
  • Branding and graphic design
  • Social media design and management
  • Website maintenance and technical support
  • Other customized digital services

3. Advance Payments

Certain projects may require an advance payment before work begins.

Once work has started, the advance payment may be non-refundable because resources, development time, design work and other project-related efforts may already have been allocated.

Any different refund arrangement specifically agreed in writing will take precedence over this general provision, subject to applicable law.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following may generally be non-refundable once the relevant work, service or commitment has started:

  • Completed development work
  • Completed design work
  • Completed content or creative work
  • Digital marketing work already performed
  • Advertising management services already provided
  • SEO work already performed
  • Technical support already provided
  • Third-party service charges
  • Domain registration charges
  • Hosting charges
  • Software or subscription charges
  • Licensed assets purchased for a project
  • Other costs already incurred on behalf of the client

5. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before work has started, the refund eligibility will depend on the specific project agreement and whether any non-refundable costs have already been incurred.

Any third-party costs, transaction charges or other committed expenses may be deducted where applicable.

6. Cancellation After Work Begins

If a client cancels a project after work has started, Global Udyora may retain payment corresponding to work already completed, resources already allocated and costs already incurred.

Depending on the project, cancellation charges may include:

  • Completed project milestones
  • Development hours already performed
  • Design work already completed
  • Marketing work already performed
  • Third-party expenses
  • Non-refundable subscriptions or services
  • Other committed project costs

7. Project Delays Caused by the Client

Clients are responsible for providing required content, information, approvals, credentials and feedback in a timely manner.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable credentials or other client-side issues do not automatically qualify the client for a refund.

Where appropriate, project timelines may be adjusted to account for such delays.

8. Change of Mind

A change of mind, change in business direction or decision not to use the completed service does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Customized digital services involve time and resources that may be committed specifically to a client project.

9. Design & Development Revisions

Where revisions are included in the agreed project package, reasonable revisions will be provided according to the agreed scope.

A request for a completely new design, major redesign, new functionality or substantial change in project requirements may be treated as additional work rather than a refund matter.

10. Digital Marketing & Advertising Services

Payments for digital marketing, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads and related services are generally based on the service provided rather than guaranteed business results.

Global Udyora does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, conversions, traffic, rankings, impressions or revenue.

Poor advertising performance, market conditions, competition, platform algorithm changes, account restrictions or lack of conversions do not automatically qualify for a refund of service fees.

Advertising budgets paid directly to Meta, Google or other third-party platforms are separate from Global Udyora service fees and are subject to the policies of those platforms.

11. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for third-party services may be non-refundable where the third-party provider does not offer a refund.

This may include:

  • Domain registrations
  • Hosting plans
  • Premium plugins
  • Software subscriptions
  • Paid APIs
  • Stock assets
  • Advertising platform charges
  • Other third-party services

12. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted in writing by contacting Global Udyora.

Please include:

  • Your name or business name
  • Relevant invoice or project details
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant supporting information

13. Refund Review

Each refund request will be reviewed based on the specific circumstances of the project or service.

We may consider:

  • The amount of work already completed
  • The agreed project scope
  • The applicable quotation or agreement
  • Third-party costs already incurred
  • Whether the service has already been delivered
  • The reason for cancellation or refund
  • Any other relevant project circumstances

14. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, Global Udyora will communicate the applicable refund amount and processing method to the client.

Refunds may be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution involved.

15. Partial Refunds

Where appropriate, Global Udyora may consider a partial refund instead of a full refund.

Any partial refund will take into account work completed, resources used, third-party expenses and other applicable project costs.

16. Service Issues

If you believe that a service has not been delivered according to the agreed scope, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue.

Where reasonably possible, Global Udyora may attempt to correct an issue or provide a suitable solution before considering a refund.

17. No Refund for Guaranteed Results

Global Udyora does not guarantee specific business outcomes unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

A lack of expected sales, leads, website traffic, search rankings, advertising conversions or revenue does not automatically establish a right to a refund.

18. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If a payment appears to be fraudulent, unauthorized or otherwise suspicious, Global Udyora may investigate the transaction and take appropriate action.

Clients should contact us promptly if they believe an unauthorized payment has been made.

19. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, Global Udyora may consider a refund outside the standard terms of this policy at its discretion, subject to applicable law and the specific circumstances involved.

Granting an exception in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in future cases.

20. Changes to This Refund Policy

Global Udyora may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

21. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over the matter, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
